Sometimes a single render can be completely sufficient — it all depends on the specific space or object being visualized. However, in some cases, one render may not fully capture all the details and qualities of the object.

Our workflow is primarily virtual, which allows us to operate flexibly. All project stages — including defining details, file exchange, consultations, and delivery of the final project — are conducted online. This enables us to collaborate with clients from anywhere in the world. In special cases, however, we are open to considering an in-person meeting over a good coffee or tea 🙂
The completion time depends on the complexity of the project. Simple visualizations can be ready within a few days, while more advanced projects may take several weeks. We always set realistic deadlines at the start of our collaboration.
Yes, clients can request changes during the project. We work closely with our clients at every stage to make necessary adjustments and ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Note: We are open to negotiations to ensure both sides are satisfied. Price negotiation is only possible before the project begins. Once the work has started, changes to the agreed terms will no longer be possible.
Prices depend on the complexity of the project. The price list below is for reference only and is intended to help you estimate the costs:

Scope: Modeling of the product and surrounding elements (depending on the scene)
Average market price for a package of 5 renders: 1500 PLN (net)

Scope: Product and environment modeling, sound design, animation, post-production.
Duration: Approximately 30 seconds.
Average price: 5,000 – 8,000 PLN net.

Scope: Product modeling, sound design, animations, interactive interface.
Average price: 6,500 – 7,500 PLN net.

Scope: Product modeling, inclusion of educational content, post-production.

3D Product Animation – In 9 Steps
1. BRIEF
Send us a detailed description of what you need so we can understand your requirements and estimate project costs.
2. Script
Based on the brief, we create a preliminary script and cost estimate to plan the next steps.
3. Production
Using references, we create 3D or 2D models that will play the main role in the project.
4. Set Design
Every project requires appropriate textures (e.g., wood, metal, glass), lighting, and scene setup, which we create to give a realistic appearance.
5. Tests and Revisions
We generate test renders to allow feedback and adjustments, ensuring everything is on track.
6. Animation
We bring the models to life, creating individual animation shots according to the script. (This step is optional and does not apply to static visualizations.)
7. Review
Another opportunity to provide feedback and request adjustments before the final render.
8. Rendering
We assemble the scenes and create the final visual output of the project.
9. Post-Production and Sound Design
We finalize the production and add the audio track.
